How the hedge is calculated

The engine compares real creator-fee inflow with market-cap movement, then executes only when the configured signal and reserve conditions agree.

01

Inputs

Feesₜ = claimed creator fees + currently claimable fees Vaultₜ = max(wallet SOL − 0.01 SOL, 0)

Creator fees are claimed automatically once at least 0.0005 SOL is available. The 0.01 SOL reserve is never used for a buy.

02

One-minute signal

Fee Growth = max(Feesₜ − Feesₜ₋1m, 0) ÷ max(Feesₜ₋1m, 0.10 SOL) × 100% MC Growth = (MCₜ − MCₜ₋1m) ÷ MCₜ₋1m × 100% Edge = Fee Growth − MC Growth

The 0.10 SOL denominator floor prevents tiny early fee totals from creating meaningless percentage spikes.

03

Reserve ratios

Hedge Ratio = Vault ÷ Market Cap × 100% MC / Vault = Market Cap ÷ Vault

Hedge Ratio gates buys. MC / Vault measures how far valuation has detached from the accumulated SOL reserve.

04

Buy rule

BUY when Edge ≥ +2% AND Hedge Ratio ≥ 0.5% Size = 10% + 5% × clamp((Edge − 2%) ÷ 10, 0, 1) Spend = Vault × Size

A stronger positive Edge scales the buy from 10% to a maximum of 15% of spendable vault SOL.

05

Sell rules

SELL when Edge ≤ −3% AND MC / Vault ≥ 250x Size = 10% + 5% × clamp(|Edge − sell threshold| ÷ 10, 0, 1) Tokens sold = token balance × Size HARD SELL: MC / Vault ≥ 500x → sell 12%

Hard detachment is checked first and does not require a negative Edge. A sell is skipped when the wallet has no token position.

06

Execution

Cycle = 60 seconds · Cooldown = 30 seconds · Limit = 120 trades/hour

Normal trades below 0.01 SOL are skipped. Routing uses Pump.fun before bonding and PumpSwap after migration. One cycle means one evaluation—not a forced trade—so no transaction is sent when conditions resolve to HOLD.
